Bo Spencer

Founder,Builder,CEO of Three Little Birds Game Calls.  I started building friction turkey calls as a hobby, and a way to relax.  After searching both sporting goods stores and online for a quality made friction call, all I found were calls that were in the $75 to $200 range.  I knew that was too much for a guy like me to spend, just like the average hunter.  After several complements and requests, I started building more calls to sell.
Being raised on a farm in central Kentucky hunting and fishing are not just common, but they are a passion here.  Outside my wife and family these are my greatest loves.
I enjoy striped bass fishing, bass fishing, crappie fishing, cat fishing, deer hunting, small game hunting, but most of all spring turkey hunting is a passion.  I have been lucky enough to see first hand the re-introduction of the wild turkey in this country and work hand in hand with the National Wild Turkey Federation to make this possible for generations to come.

Melissa Spencer

Melissa is the backbone to this business.  Without her support and encouragement we would not be doing this.  Period.  she is amazing.  In the short time that we have existed as a business, she has bragged on our calls, talked several people into buying our calls, and the biggest thrill to me is, she has wanted to learn to use them.
Melissa is by far the brains of this operation as well.  She is amazing.
Melissa is an avid outdoors person, and to my excitement she took her first deer this fall!  IN ONE SHOT!!!  Spring gobblers are next on her list, and if she continues to call as well as she has with our products, Mr. Tom is in BIG TROUBLE come April!
Not only has she developed a love for hunting, but she is a dedicated and wonderful mom to our three great kids!

Jackson Rattliff

Jackson is the most amazing guy I know.  Overcoming obstacles is his claim to fame.  Jackson is the 2007 Wilderness Trail Chapter of the NWTF JAKES Calling Contest Winner.  He won this award using box call that I modified for him that could be used with only one hand.  Having Cerebral Palsy jackson just has the use of one hand, but that doesn't stop him at all.
Jackson is an avid hunter, and we are track for him to start having things for his wall very soon!

Bob Spencer

"Dad" is the person that introduced me to the great outdoors and hunting.  He is a long time member of the NRA and that National Wild turkey Federation.  He has served as past local chapter officer in all capacities, as well as a KY state District Director,, and State Chapter President.  Dad has turkey hunted in several areas of the country and is on course for his "Grand Slam".  He acts as my other set of ears when we build a new combination or new call.  Dad is an excellent turkey caller and provides not only another insight in what we do but also helps with product testing and sales as well.

Debbie Spencer

"Mom" is also a big help in our business.  Although she is not as avid in the world of hunting as the rest of us are, she does help in all areas of our business.
She is responsible for making sales to other hunters that she is in contact with at various events and places.

Olivia Ripy

Although not a hunter herself, Olivia, or my Mother-In-Law, "The Big O", is a whiz at marketing and helping us get our name and images "out there".  Oliva is also a big voice for us.  She passes the word about our calls and what we do as often as she can.  We would not have been seen by nearly the people that have looked at this site and our calls without her.

Phillip Crane

"Whitey" as we know him is another one of my big time helpers!  Whitey's love for hunting and fishing rivals mine.  He is also very knowledgeable about turkeys and calling them.  Whitey helps not only in the processes of developing a call combination, but in the advertising of that and all of our calls as well.
He is in constant contact with hunters across the state of Kentucky and as often as he can, he shows off our calls and let's hunters know where to find them.

Steve Dobey

Steve is the KY state wild turkey biologist for the KY Dept. of Fish and Wildlife.  working with him has been a pleasure, not only professionally but also with our calls.  Steve is a very avid hunter and fisherman, and has taken fish and game in various parts of this country.  It is always fun to get in the woods chasing turkeys, coyotes, etc with Steve.  Actually the turkey that I am pictured with above, I killed one morning with Steve.
His knowledge of turkeys, their habits, and actions is amazing!  He is also a huge help when we are working on calls and testing them in the woods.

Jamey Padgett

"Padge" is another one of my "go to guys".  Although he is not physically in the US right now, he is still a great help with what we do.  Not only does he assist me in product testing, but he is one of the most knowledgeable waterfowl hunters I know.  As our product line grows, we know that he will be the biggest asset we have in that area.  Currently Padge is serving our country as a Sgt. in the US Army, stationed in Korea at the moment, but very soon we are going to have him closer to home at FT. Campbell, KY.  Look forward to seeing you soon Padge!  Thanks for what you do, and we can not wait to get into the woods!
